Refund & Return Policy – Flux

At Flux, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within [7/10/15/30 days] of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Electronics must be unopened or in like-new condition

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Hygiene products (earphones, undergarments, etc.) unless defective


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide instructions and return shipping address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


4. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for:

  • Size issues (clothing)

  • Defective or damaged items

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos of the damage

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product.

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Customized or personalized items
